Having a dental emergency is very unpleasant. We appreciate this and we have developed a very efficient emergency system whereby patients with an emergency can be seen within 24 hours.
If you call early on the day of the emergency you will usually be seen on that same day, although it may not always be with your usual dentist.
Whenever possible, new patients with emergencies will be seen on the same day. Please call 020 8466 7393 early to avoid disappointment.
Out of surgery hours
Please call the surgery and an answer machine will give day to day instructions.
Weekdays
Kings College Hospital offers an emergency service for all patients. Phone 020 7346 3894. Often a dentist from our own practice is available to advise or see registered Denplan patients with an emergency. If available, our answerphone will give you a mobile phone number to call.
Weekends
Bromley Health Authority provide a service for all patients with emergencies at weekends. Please call 020 8776 3685 to obtain details of the emergency dentist.
The emergency dentist should be called early to obtain instructions as this is a limited service. If the service is over subscribed the Bromley Health answerphone will give alternative instructions.
For registered Denplan patients a dentist from our own practice is usually available to advise, and where necessary see patients with an emergency. Our answerphone will give a mobile number to call if available.
