Ferndale House has a team of dentists committed to enhancing every aspect of your oral health.
David Fearn qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1986 and has worked extensively in General Practice. He set up Ferndale House Dental Practice in 1993. He is interested in all aspects of dentistry and is committed to continued post-graduate education.
Deepa Vakil qualified from Guy's, Kings and St Thomas' Hospital in 2003. She now works part time at two practices, spending three days at Ferndale House. She is qualified in facial aesthetics and enjoys cosmetic dentistry.
Martyn Fogg qualified in 1982 from Guy's Hospital. Since then he has worked full or part-time as an associate in general practice, in both London and the Midlands, and has experience of both NHS and private dentistry. He worked at Ferndale House from 1997-2002 and returned in 2005.
Basia Mielnik also qualified from Guy's Hospital in 1986 and, after a short spell in hospital dentistry, went on to work in General Practice. She set up Ferndale House Dental Practice together with David and now works part-time in practice and the rest of the time looking after their family.
Kayode Onanuga qualified in 1991 from UCH in Nigeria. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has worked in the oral and maxillo-facial departments of various hospitals. Since 2000 he has been in General Dental Practice. His special interests include oral surgery and endodontics.
The team are complemented by the receptionists and nursing staff. The receptionists are able to help you with all your enquiries, while the nursing staff are highly trained to assist the dentist in the surgery.
